Founded in Emporia, Virginia, Kishna Hospitality began with a single highway property and has grown into a multi-state group spanning some of hospitality's most recognized brands. We manage the full lifecycle of a hotel — including acquisition, conversion, renovation, and day-to-day operations — with an owner's attention to every line item and every guest interaction.
Our approach is simple: empower the team on the ground, hold every property to its brand's standard, and treat guests like they're the reason the lights are on — because they are. That philosophy scales from a roadside Days Inn to a resort-market Holiday Inn, and it's the thread connecting every property in our portfolio.
